GENERAL TIMELINES:
September-January Program
- Interest forms open February- April
- Registration begins May-August (Waitlists open once the program is full)
- Acceptance- Mid-August (Please note, there are no late acceptances)
- Program Starts- The second week of September
February- June Program
- Interest form open September-November
- Registration begins end of November-mid January(Waitlists open once the program is full)
- Acceptance- Mid-January (Please note, there are no late acceptances)
- Program Starts- The first week of February
REGISTRATION:
Thank you to all who have expressed an interest in the PSW program. Late applicants will not be accepted. Please click on the link below to be added to our Interest list. You will be notified via email when registration opens in November 2024 for February 2025.

Reminder:
Due to the anticipated high demand for the upcoming semester, many of our locations will reach full capacity. Applications submitted will be reviewed for eligibility criteria. Please DO NOT pay the application fee until you receive further instructions from program staff. Eligible applicants will be contacted to proceed with the payment and schedule an interview. Please note that paying the application fee without prior approval does not guarantee a spot in the program and may result in the loss of your deposit.

RE-ENTRY PSW STUDENTS
Students may re-enter the program if they are within a maximum of two years from their point of REGISTRATION and have achieved a minimum of one or more credits in the program. If longer than the two years, the theory portion of the program will need to be repeated; candidates should re-apply as a new student, see registration above. Registration is contingent on availability in the program. Students will be contacted a week before the start of class. Students wishing to attend the practicum portion of the program will need to ensure their Police Record Check and Medical Form is within 6 months of issue. Apply on the Re-entry Student Form.
