Step 2: PSW Registration

Return to this webpage to upload all the required documentation by August 8th, 2025. Applications will be reviewed for completeness. Please remember that space is limited and seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please complete the registration form for your first choice of program site once you have all documentation ready for upload (i.e. a copy of your high school transcript and completed medical form). Please complete registration for only ONE location.  

As a reminder: after uploading all your documentation, your registration form will be reviewed by our staff, who will then reach out to schedule an entrance interview in August before the course starts for successful applicants. Please allow 7-10 school days for application review and response. Successful applicants, please bring a copy of all paperwork with you to the interview. Interviews will be scheduled at the end of August/beginning of September with our program set to begin on Monday, September 8, 2025.
