Make your application fee payment:

e-transfer to accountsreceivable@cdsbeo.on.ca (Please provide your name and PSW deposit in comments) and email confirmation of transfer proof to kristina.holden@cdsbeo.on.ca

Call 613-284-2613 ext. 3 to process deposit via credit card over the phone.

Space in the program is limited and an incomplete form could result in you being placed on a waiting list.

Your application will be reviewed for completeness and an email confirming your spot will be sent to you within 14 days.
